Smart Alliance – Innovation Technology Cluster and ROSABA organized an Trade & Investment Bilateral Workshop
Bucharest, 19th September – Smart Alliance – Innovation Technology Cluster and the Romanian South African Business Association (ROSABA) have joined forces to further ICT bilateral relations and business opportunities. The two organisations hosted a seminar for Smart Alliance’s members and its partners in order to establish business ties and explore mutual opportunities within the ICT sector in South Africa. This meeting is the base for future trade missions to both South Africa and Romania.
The Romanian-South Africa Business Association (ROSABA) is an association promoting economic relations between Romania and South Africa. ROSABA develops international and trans-border cooperation and dialogue among international institutions and representatives of the business community, acting, as well, as a representative of the business and professional interests of its members. ROSABA promotes communication and co-operation with public administration authorities, educational institutions, international organisations, companies and any other third parties, in order to support the private sector.

- Victor Nicholas Gabriel CONSTANTINESCU – Vice President – He is a partner of Kinstellar, a top-tier Romanian law firm, within which he heads the firm’s highly touted real estate practice. He represents a number of investment funds in terms of their commercial real estate matters in Romania and elsewhere in the region.
- Eduard BEYER, Treasurer – Admitted lawyer in South Africa, he is an experienced consultant and legal advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry, skilled in Commercial, Competition & European Law, as well as Financial and Project Management, and Funding Advisory (EU Funds & EEA Grants).
