Smart Alliance Gateway to South Romanian Region
Organized together with Wallachia eHub and Smart eHub, this webinar explored smart specialization opportunities across Bucharest, Ilfov, South Muntenia, Oltenia, and South-East regions. The event featured international guest speakers from Tech Station and Minalogic (France), alongside Romanian experts from academia, clusters, and development agencies.
The agenda included regional presentations, cooperation opportunities, and a Q&A session, fostering cross-border dialogue and collaboration.

This open webinar targeted IT&C companies seeking to access European funds for 2021–2027. The session analyzed the evolution of funding programs, upcoming financing priorities, and best practices for SMEs aiming to apply.
Discussions emphasized the advantages of being part of a cluster when accessing EU funds and highlighted Smart Alliance’s active role in public consultations.
Mercedes-EQ Test Drive & Networking Day
In partnership with Autoklass – Official Home of Mercedes-Benz, Smart Alliance members and guests explored the latest Mercedes-EQ electric models (EQA, EQB, EQE SUV, EQS).
The event combined test drives, product presentations, winery visits, and a networking session. Beyond experiencing cutting-edge automotive technology, members enjoyed meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting, strengthening community ties.
Smart Alliance Networking Afternoon
This casual networking event from November 2024 brought Smart Alliance members together with their business partners in a relaxed, idea-driven atmosphere.
The session featured a presentation by Cosmin Măcăneață (Omega Consulting) on the most relevant funding lines for IT&C companies, while members had the chance to reconnect and explore new opportunities.
Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest
Smart Alliance proudly joined in April 2025 as a partner of the Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest, an international event dedicated to future-oriented technologies.
Themes included cyber diplomacy, blockchain, immersive edtech, and other next-gen innovations with real-world impact. The summit gathered thought leaders, tech innovators, and policymakers, underlining the cluster’s commitment to shaping Romania’s digital future.
